We welcome new patients.

We welcome all new patients. Please call o4o7 924 224 or email info@drtimprice.com.au to request an appointment.

Please note that this is not a Bulk Billing clinic. You will require a referral from your GP in order to receive your Medicare rebates. We are happy to see patients without a referral but you will not be eligible for a Medicare rebate.

Please email your GP Referral letter to info@drtimprice.com.au  and we will contact you to arrange an appointment at the nearest clinic to you.

We will require you to fill in the New Patient Registration form for your first visit. Please download the form below. Feel free to print it out and fill it in before you visit us. Either bring it to your appointment or preferably, scan and email it to info@drtimprice.com.au before you visit. An emailed photograph of it and the GP referral is acceptable.

We understand that not everyone has access to a scanner and printer so for those who don’t, please bring your GP referral with you to the clinic and allow 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill in the New Patient registration form and the Covid Questionnaire.
