Our Covid-19 Policy

Managing your health during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Our clinics are currently open for face-to-face consultations for new and existing patients. We continue to have a range of health and safety measures to help protect you, including:

  • All patients will need to complete the COVID-19 questionnaire prior to their appointment and upon arrival of their appointment.
  • During this time, we strongly encourage the patients to complete the registration forms prior to their appointment to assist our front desk staff.
  • Perspex screens and social distancing are in place.
  • Hand sanitiser for all patients is available on arrival into the offices.
  • Mr Price will wear a mask, gloves and a protective gown throughout the consultation.

When you arrive at the rooms, please:

  • Check-in by using the QR Code.
  • Please keep at least 1.5 metres from staff and other patients.
  • Sanitise your hands on arrival and wear a mask.
  • Stay home if you’re showing symptoms.

If you are feeling unwell or have a high temperature, please do not attend your appointment. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms not relating to your medical condition including chills, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny or stuffy nose, loss of sense of smell or taste or any other respiratory symptoms.

Patients must also not attend an appointment if they are identified as a close contact of a positive COVID-19 case, if they are returning from overseas or from a domestic red zone.

If you meet any of the above criteria, we asked that contact the rooms to reschedule your appointment and access a COVID-19 test as soon as possible.
As we continue to maintain stringent social distancing measures at our clinics, please present only with one carer, parent or guardian to the appointment. Any additional person(s) who present to the appointment with the patient will be asked to wait outside our clinic. This does not include dependent children.

These conditions may be updated at any time based on advice from the Department of Health & Human Services.

For further information please contact the dedicated Department of Health & Human Services Coronavirus Information Hotline on 1800 675 398 or visit https://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/

We know this is a difficult time for Victorians and we thank you for your ongoing support.
