Managing your health during the COVID-19 Pandemic
Our clinics are currently open for face-to-face consultations for new and existing patients. We continue to have a range of health and safety measures to help protect you, including:
When you arrive at the rooms, please:
If you are feeling unwell or have a high temperature, please do not attend your appointment. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms not relating to your medical condition including chills, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny or stuffy nose, loss of sense of smell or taste or any other respiratory symptoms.
Patients must also not attend an appointment if they are identified as a close contact of a positive COVID-19 case, if they are returning from overseas or from a domestic red zone.
If you meet any of the above criteria, we asked that contact the rooms to reschedule your appointment and access a COVID-19 test as soon as possible.
As we continue to maintain stringent social distancing measures at our clinics, please present only with one carer, parent or guardian to the appointment. Any additional person(s) who present to the appointment with the patient will be asked to wait outside our clinic. This does not include dependent children.
These conditions may be updated at any time based on advice from the Department of Health & Human Services.
