1. What is the procedure for making an appointment?
Please contact us on 0407 924 224 to schedule an appointment. Our clinic is open five days a week for your convenience. Please keep in mind that the clinic is closed on weekends and public holidays.
2. Can you provide a medical certificate for my appointment?
If you require a medical certificate, please notify the staff when scheduling your appointment so that it may be documented in the system.
Mr Tim Price will be able to provide you with a medical certificate for your appointment. It is important to remember that medical certificates cannot be backdated.

4. How much will a consultation cost me?
Please note, this is a private practice and it does not bulk bill.
Payment for your appointment is required on the day of consultation.
Payment methods include cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card.
5. How much will the surgeon’s surgery cost me?
Please note, any fees for surgery will be discussed with Mr Tim Price during the consultation.
Patients will receive a comprehensive quote detailing the out of pocket costs. Fees for surgery are
payable in advance.
6. Do you have a cancellation policy?
Please note that if you are unable to attend your appointment or need to change your appointment for any reason, we require at least two working day’s notice (48 hours).
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact the clinic on 0407 924 224 between 9:00AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
If you fail to attend an appointment or fail to give sufficient notice of at least 48 hours will be charged a “late cancellation fee” of $50.00.
